What is online personal training?

Our online personal training packages allow you to benefit from the skills and expertise of an Azelus coach, to guide you on your journey. Upon purchase of an Azelus Athletic Club subscription package, you will be allocated an individual Azelus Coach.

Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment and goal, your Azelus coach will craft a bespoke training and nutritional blueprint for you to follow independently reach your goals.

Your coach will work with you remotely via weekly email check-ins and our Azelus App (provided by MyPTHub) messaging feature to support and coach you to your goal, we can also arrange weekly or monthly calls in order to discuss any questions you may have.

Is online personal training cheaper than in person?

Online personal training takes place remotely and therefore does not involve in-person contact with an Azelus coach, so to reflect this online personal training has a lower price point than in-person training.

Is online personal training effective?

Online personal training enables you to directly access the expertise and systems utilised by Azelus to change your life. Without a doubt, this is a much more effective option than basing your workouts on misleading and incorrect information that is so commonly found on the internet.

However, because online training takes place remotely, you will not have in-person contact with an Azelus coach. Therefore, to maximise your results, you will have to be internally motivated to workout. Our methodologies of motivation can only get you so far, it is your responsibility to dedicate yourself and make the most out of your investment. Due to having to dedicate yourself, you are more likely develop your own mechanism to ensure that you sustain your training for the long-term. This will directly increase the likelihood that training becomes a part of your lifestyle.

 

However, your training package will be tailored to your requirements and your trainer will work with you to adjust the plan as necessary based on your weekly progress. 

How often would I train with online personal training?

This is entirely up to you, and is based on your individual preferences, lifestyle and goal.

Your Azelus Coach will take all of this information into account when developing your training program. For the majority of Azelus Athlete’s, three to five training sessions (depending on your modality of training) is effective in ensuring progression and optimal recovery.

Is an online personal trainer worth it?

Of course! Whether you’re completely new to training or more advanced, online personal training is a cost-effective option that allows you to enjoy the methodologies and systematic scientific principles of the Azelus Athletic Club from anywhere in the world. Your Azelus Coach will work with you to set clear, concrete goals and help you to seamlessly integrate a training program into your lifestyle. You will gain access to our expert programming, as well as our in-depth understanding of improving physiological performance and body composition.

 

Our programs are delivered to you via the My PT Hub software, which you can access either on the internet or by downloading our app. Just search ‘My PT Hub’ in the app store and sign in as usual with your account. We have chosen this software as it offers the most user friendly platform and is the leading online personal trainer software currently available.

How long is an online personal training course?

We offer three different packages, 1-month, 3-month and 6-month subscriptions. Each subscription offers the same benefits on paper, however if you wish to maximise your results and achieve the goal we aim for with every client – sustained lifestyle change to make training, recovery, and good nutrition a permanent factor of your life… we recommend choosing either the 3-month or 6-month subscription package. 

 

Why? The longer the package, the more we learn about you through data collection and behavioural analysis, allowing us to overcome challenges easier, set more effective goals and continually improve your experience with Azelus.

Does Azelus offer in-person training?

We do offer in-person training to particular situations, for example to individuals training for competitions, to individuals of influence, or other specific circumstances. Please enquire about our in-person training with your particular situation to discuss the potential courses of action and organise a consultation. Please note, it is more viable to be situated in the Greater Manchester Area, however this is also open for discussion.

Where can I train?

The benefit of joining Azelus is that you can workout anywhere, anytime. It is completely up to you! we will ask you about the facilities you have at your disposal to cater your plan towards the equipment you have available, even if that’s just your own bodyweight

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
